Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2, 2026

This policy applies to all appointment requests and services scheduled through this website.

1. Appointment Requests: Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee an appointment. All appointments must be confirmed by Elysian Mobile Phlebotomy & IV Hydration.
2. Payment: Deposit for services is collected through this website unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at or before the time of service.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a non-refundable deposit due to provider time, travel, and preparation of medical supplies.
4. Refunds: Because services are provided in person, refunds are not guaranteed once a provider has been scheduled or dispatched.
If payment has been made in advance, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Elysian, minus any applicable fees for travel, supplies, or administrative costs.
5. Medical Eligibility: If a client is determined to be medically ineligible for a service upon screening or arrival, any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Chargebacks: By scheduling services, clients agree to resolve billing concerns directly with Elysian rather than through chargebacks.
7. Changes to Policy: This policy may be updated at any time. The current version will be posted on our website.
